When a Supplier Portal has been created, you can share Items, Changes, and Quality records with Suppliers. If you need to set up a Supplier Portal, go here.
To Share an Item
Go to Items tab and choose item to share
Click dropdown arrow on top-right of page
Note: If you do not see "Share" option, you do not have permission to share this Item or there is no access restriction applied to your organization.
Search for individual's name or group name
Check Share Related Items to share this Item's related Change Orders and related Items, such as children and top parents. If you do not check the check box, you are sharing this Item only.
Select Read Only.
To remove access, click X by user's name in Who Has Access section
Follow the same steps from the Quality or Change tabs to Share those records.
